1.CUTTING

Cutting refers to the processing method of using cutting tools (including cutting tools, grinding tools and abrasives) to cut off the excess material layer on the blank or workpiece into chips, so that the workpiece can obtain the specified geometry, size andsurface quality.

2.TURNING

Turning is a cutting process in which the workpiece is rotated and the turning tool moves in a straight line or a curve in the plane. Turning is generally carried out on a lathe to process the inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, end surfaces, conical surfaces, forming surfaces and threads of the workpiece.

3.MILLING
